Hello and welcome to my Peer Leader Profile!
I am a pleased to offer my service as a Peer Leader to support you with any of your goals for healing and recovery, in particular with Mental Health.
My experience is in thinking patterns and habit building behaviours.
I practise open dialogue, so you can feel listened to in a mutual setting. I am not an expert however a peer that has lived experiences.
